Orders received before 2.00pm are usually despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and business workload.

We also offer Express, Special and Saturday delivery services to Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland destinations:

Express Delivery: Usually next working day. Consignments are shipped via Royal Mail, Business Post 24, TNT or City Link Next Day courier service.

Saturday Delivery: Saturday AM. Consignments are shipped via Business Post.

Special Delivery: Usually next working day. Packages are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or City Link.

General UK Delivery: Usually within 2 working days. If you want to 'get it fast' ask for Express Delivery.

Services and costs are shown as options during the order process. There are no Sunday Deliveries.

If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 1 days of receipt. Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 2 working days of the date of despatch.

International Orders: We provide absolute shipping costs for all orders to any worldwide destination. The delivery charge is clearly shown on the Order Details page as you complete your order. All consignments are fully insured and despatched using the best selected carrier service.

Restricted goods Fuel: Please note we can only ship fuel to mainland UK destinations. Aerosols: spray paint, motor cleaner etc. can only be shipped to mainland UK destinations.
